What this website collects

This site has no forms, no accounts and no sign-up. It collects nothing from you directly. If you choose to write to us at the address above, we receive whatever you put in that email.

Our hosting provider records standard server log data — IP address, browser and operating system, referring page, date and time. These logs keep the site running and secure. They are not linked to you and are not analysed for any other purpose.

Email correspondence

We use what you send us to answer you. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list. Correspondence is kept as long as it is relevant to the enquiry, then deleted.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Your language choice is stored locally in your own browser and never leaves your device. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is visible to Google when a page loads.

Third parties

These providers may process data outside Switzerland, including in countries whose data protection law differs from Swiss law. We use only providers offering appropriate contractual safeguards.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to contact@singhenterprises.ch and we will respond. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Bern.

Changes

This policy will change when the business starts operating and the website gains functionality. The version published here is the one that applies.
